@newjaninev2 It must not be under-estimated though.
It's lost very many soldiers - some of them foreigners from its allies - and equipment in its invasion; but seems agile enough to change its manner of fighting.
It's also waging a discreet "war" against Europe by sabotage, propaganda, political interference and manipulation, and occasional murders of its own dissidents who have fled the country.

@newjaninev2 Ideally yes, but Russia denies all wrong-doing and would at least totally ignore any attempts to make it face up to its responsibilities.
