@Bumbles but no men of military age post WW2 to drive tanks or fire rockets . They had to wait a whole generation , until 1980 before the war machine could start anew in Afghanistan

@Bumbles Russia lost more men than everyone else combined . After WW2 there were almost no men aged 16-40 left. An entire generation was raised post WW2 without fathers. That’s a recipe for disaster in any society .
