Bondi Beach massacre.

Jews have been killed at Bondi Beach in Australia. They were celebrating Chanukah. I thought Bondi Beach was for the golden-haired Australian surfers and Baywatch-looking lifeguards. Jews apparently celebrate Chanukah on Australian beaches also.

My parents were Jews and celebrated in private. In southern Russia, you have to respect hosts and understand that Orthodox Christianity rules. You would never think to have beach celebration. The others are kept in line also.

@calicuz You don't seem to understand what I said. Perhaps it is because you are American. The Australians are Australian. Something of nothing. The Russians, they are Russian.

My family are rural yet still private celebration only. Chanukah is an intimate affair. That is Jewish doctrine. The holidays are intimate affairs. Private candlelight, family only, no public displays. That was Jewish life in local-Muslim south and Tsarist south and Soviet south and Putin south. I can't help you if you can't handle it. Your own nation is selling you down river. You are the Jew in your country.
