does nigel farage want to 'penalize' the disabled

this is really worrying me as a person who has disabilities and who is on benefits for it.,.. i saw a comment from someone on a youtube video who said ' farage and reform wants to penalize the disabled'?

so now i'm dreading it, and worrying will reform win the next election?
