They are saying it's a miracle there was no exit wound in the Charlie Kirk slaying

I don't believe there is no exit wound. I believe there is some erroneous reporting going on. I deer hunted with a 30-06 for over 40 years and harvested about 4 dozen deer. I've never shot a deer that the bullet didn't create a large exit wound regardless of what part of the anatomy it entered.

I've seen a closeup frontal video of the bullet hitting Kirk in the left front of his throat. It appeared to hit the carotid artery and a fountain of blood gushed out. I feel certain the bullet passed completely through his neck and struck something behind him. The only reason I can think of that it wouldn't pass through is the possibility that the bullet didn't have a full load of powder or what is called a squib in the shooting world. However without a full load of powder the bullet likely would have dropped fast and missed the target.

The only other possibility if there is no exit wound IMO is that the shooter used a frangible bullet. You can look that up.
