That is confusing, how do you add fewer jobs, but I think you are saying there were 911,000 fewer jobs than were reported earlier.

@JamesBugman What they are saying is that 911,000 fewer jobs were actually created then what was reported from April 2024 through March 2025.

The context around "added fewer jobs" implies the BLS under reported job growth. But then says it's a downward revision and the labor market is slowing more than last year. Nothing confusing about that...except that the narrative is coming from CBS news.
Let's not forget that the BLS had to revise downward, the Biden job numbers after every report. No wonder no one trusts what the gov't and media reports.
