IF they were drug smugglers they could have been stopped and arrested rather than murdered, one would think. Not sure about the legality of even that, given they were in international waters. But did anyone really think Trump wouldn't end up ordering the deaths of at least some people?

I suppose the only war that Trump is actually ever going to end is one that he starts in the first place.
