@MarmeeMarch drugs are dirt cheap and I don't think it helps to pretend we should be dirt poor after we buy the food, US markets and farms are closing.

Farmers are paid by wholesale buyers or direct consumers, not EBT. Wholesale buyers buy for, or sell to markets that are paid the same for their products by cash or food stamps.

There is no loss in revenue by accepting EBT payments.
