The market doesn't provide housing, that's a government function.

@RosaMarie that's hardly justification for people paying more to avoid the responsibility to house everyone. It's similar to the medical care system - Americans pay more and get worse outcomes to avoid socialism.
Maybe that's best. Certainly it's fatal to the fascists.
