And yes, he did.

My gripe with it is that we're blaming illegal immigration when we literally make traffic accidents and death inevitable by the way we design things as if it's the only way of living and functioning, then blame the people who have no choice but to use it.

You can argue that he had a choice in the form of staying wherever he came from. I'll point you to the countless legal citizens who also cause traffic deaths every day. I wonder why they didn't make it on Fox News.

A drunk driver hit a radioactive core vehicle in Washington State last week, releasing radiation. No word on where that radioactive thing came from, so it's MILITARY. And good and ethical and above question, like the environment killing cars! It's the human population that's evil.
