It made national news that an illegal immigrant caused a deadly accident on the highway.

And yes, he did.

My gripe with it is that we're blaming illegal immigration when we literally make traffic accidents and death inevitable by the way we design things as if it's the only way of living and functioning, then blame the people who have no choice but to use it.

You can argue that he had a choice in the form of staying wherever he came from. I'll point you to the countless legal citizens who also cause traffic deaths every day. I wonder why they didn't make it on Fox News.

Problem was he was driving a commercial vehicle. Commercial license issued out of.California

California dis nothing to vet his legal status. He doesn't speak or read English how was he supposed to navigate on US highways

@SinlessOnslaught no I didn't. This particular criminal trespasser couldn't navigate the roads due to a language barrier in a country he should not be in.
