He works for his own father-in-law, managing an agricultural equipment company in Africa. He sees in this "peace deal", an opportunity to actually make real money.
New York Times, a few months ago, had an expose on that part of the "family", including where Tiffany's $1.5M came from, because the guy possibly had access to less than $100K in the bank, probably tied to his grandfather. And no, his father is not a doctor or a lawyer, as Trump claimed, he barely went through a continuing education business course at the U. Of Houston.
Complicated? yes, but not atypical of all the BS surrounding anything Trump claims.
