John Whitehead is a Constitutional lawyer who in my humble opinion leans left but is someone we should all pay attention to whether we are conservative or liberal. Whitehead is a staunch defender of the U.S. Constitution and is always warning us about the many dangers of an overreaching government and how it is a great threat to all of us.
We have witnessed the great expansion of the executive branch ever since Papa Bush took office. The abuse of executive power by both parties is well documented. Obama and Biden abused this power and pushed its limits beyond imagination. Trump is no exception and we should not ignore what he is doing right now.

It makes you wonder if Trump is manifesting and accelerating this police state while many remain silent and acquiesce to tyranny without even realizing this. Maybe because many people have been so caught up in Trump mania and our own political biases we refuse to believe Trump can do no wrong?
We all need to take a deep breath and start to really examine and scrutinize what Trump is actually doing and if this agenda is actually about freedom, privacy and prosperity. Do we have the courage and awareness to hold all our leaders accountable or do we refrain from asking the important questions and just follow and obey? A thought provoking article below.
