Is it time to do business with the Taliban?

Taliban needs tourists to visit Afghanistan. They want respect, legitimacy, and revenue from tourism. It is safer for women to visit an Afghanistan with a Taliban hungry for money and good press than it is to many other parts of the world. Taliban are likely to offer protection from other crazies. They are the government of Afghanistan. Is it time to do business with Taliban?

Trump has ended protected status for Afghans who aided and fought side by side with US troops and were translators.

From reports there are 12k in the US, am shocked it's not more.

He wants to send them all back to Afghanistan....and they would all be murdered by the Taliban.

An appeals court blocked Trump administration from removing temporary protective status of nearly 12,000 Afghans...but have not heard an update on this today.

@JSul3 American troops should not have been in Afghanistan. You invite outsiders from a country you never had to be in. Why?
