Boeing is iffy on switching.
They have USA military contracts they must fulfill. Negotiations are in progress. Trump specifically threw out Lockheed .
Please remember Boeing is the primary space rocket manufacturer with contracts with NASA, SpaceX and United Launch Alliance (ULA).
Musk's SpaceX most certainly isn't going out of the USA nor is NASA.

Hyundai in March announced a $21 billion commitment to investing in domestic manufacturing from 2025 to 2028.
As part of that commitment, the company has pledged to put $9 billion toward expanding domestic automobile production to 1.2 million vehicles a year, it said.
"Hyundai Motor Group is deepening its partnership with the United States, reinforcing our shared vision for American industrial leadership. The Group's investment and efforts will further expand our operations in the U.S. and grow our American workforce," Hyundai said in a March statement.

While a few will leave, Many will shift parts of their structure overseas to create a hedge against both tariffs, and the devaluation of the $US that is coming. It doesnt make sense to shift components from China to the US just for reshipment to export. So some places will open an Asian manufacturing plant to ship to the rest of the world, while US consumption will be made locally..😷
