Germany Their Gold May Withdraw It

https://www.mining.com/germany-may-look-to-withdraw-its-gold-from-us-vaults/

Something to think about, article says they have the right to inspect their bullion, is it in a federal bank in New York. Will it be seen like the US giving Iraq or Iran back its money and looked upon unfavorably?

There is the great conspiracy theory of course because last time the Germans asked for gold formthe US they end up having to take French gold and the french took an IOU from the USA. The conspiracy theory is that the US has nog gold. I dont believe it but Im just saying there is a conspiracy teory out there. How long ago were unexperined ariel phenomena just the refugee for the lunatics according to mainstream press. Now its been cleverly painted as "possible but not proven" Will the "missing gold" conspiracy theory also bem stealthily accepted by the back door of big healdine specutaion and denial followed by trickle back peddling ? Just iagine what ot would mean if Germany wasnt civen its gol dback out of American vaults. What does this also mean fior the future "special relationship"{ of Germany and the USA ? It seems to me Europe is going to vote with its feet and this is the first step of the long march to independence (which involves doing business with people other than the US. I not JLR pulling out of US was met with drision over their product quality, but how long before others follow ?? Why did JLR do it other than because it sees better profitability elsewhere, regardles of how weak ro strong the brand may be. Regardless of how storng or weak other brans will be the attraction has ot be to move their good elsewhere - which is the purpose of tariffs - but the storngest foreign competitors wil stay and if they do survive, become much bigger andmore efficient in the US market. Biden ran an on shoring campaign, Trump seems to be running a fine tuning campaign on US importers, making the successful ones stronger not weaker. JMHO.

I suspect the Germans are worried that their reaction to Trump will have Trump freezing their assets..Kind of tells you what they are going to do...And if germany does it. Thats how europe is going...😷

@Charity We are not talking about emptying a coffee pot here. This is a big undertaking with logistics to match. Did you ever see "The Italian Job"?😷

@whowasthatmaskedman they still should have not open during possible intense to the public. Once it's in motion it would be more difficult to stop, or maybe not.

@Charity That may be the point. Signalling their intent sends a message to other nations to follow. Because "They are mad as hell and they arent taking it any more."We may see things differently here. But I see the bully going too far and the little guys standing up to him..And if thats happening, the bully is going down..😷
At this point, China is more stable than America.

@BohemianBabe At this point China is a better ally to Europe than the US. How did that happen ? After Biden made that bully biy push to stop Europe trading with China under pressure form republican senators as well. I agree with your comments, Europe will be forced to turn to China and India as well and this time there can be no going back because confidence has been broken. Even i did not expect it to happen this quickly !
@Captain I actually thought Trump was going to take credit for the booming economy he inherited from Biden, much like he did with Obama. The fact that he wrecked the economy this fast, it's incredible.

@BohemianBabe And so deeply. I agree, you seemed to be going so well as a nation.
