Zelensky is embarking on a PR campaign, to ratchet up Western support for the Ukraine.
His argument: if you give me all the weapon I need, and a permission to use any way I need, then I will push Putin's army into a position. where he not only is not advancing, but is forced to hold on to unstable territory, or retreat, under pressure from the Ukraine, hitting targets inside Russia.
Then Zelensky theorizes, that will force Putin to become more flexible.
Not exactly a plan. A PR campaign. I watched the first part of the interview. ABC is going to air more over the next few days.
