International Boxing Association awarding Angela Carini $50,000

Despite Angela quitting after 46 seconds and not being a metal winner the IBA is awarding her $50,000 _ $25,000 to her coach. Saying only eligible athletes should compete in the ring for safety concerns..... WHAT DO THEY KNOW THAT THEY CAN'T REVEAL?

International Boxing Association conducted tests which are not revealed but disqualified them _ what were those tests - why have they not indicated such information?

I'm curious!

And it seems the result of those tests is why they decided to give her if $50,000 - considering she quit after 46 seconds and she did not win a medal. Only the metal winners were to be awarded any prize money...... What do they know and cannot reveal, it seems?

Any ideas?
