The VP on the winning ticket wins most likely in 2028 and whoever replaces Biden and is elected will win in 2028.

Unless somehow Biden manages to stay on the ticket (unlikely) and wins (next to impossible) and even then we all know the camel can’t win in 2028 and will be replaced by the dems. They’ll give her something nice to shut her up and then good riddance.
