He won't pardon him. If he gets time, it will be minimal. Probation is historically the penalty given in comparable cases. Either way...i think he's on his own with this.

If his name wasn't biden, the plea deal would have stood. Im sure the state would have rather saved the money. But it was all legal. And hunter did the crime. That's why joe won't pardon him. Taking one for the team isn't really a thing here. It's out of hunter's hands.
