Harvey Weinstein's Conviction just got overturned, it's not like any of us doubts the motherfucker is guilty as the seven hells, but, they say he didn't get a fair shake in court because they used Witnesses of crimes he wasn't convicted for to prejudice the jury against him.
More over, as Douglas Wigdor, noted, This is tragic, it will force the victims to endure yet another Trial.
A very personal Middle finger from me to the Prosecution though for essentially screwing this case up and leaving it open for this challenge.
