@jackjjackson Commercial flights leave daily from Haiti. Numerous flights. In 3-4 weeks of warnings that is plenty of time for those who wished to leave to do it, The last 3 were free for anyone in government of sensitive jobs....to leave at the last minute. There was ample time given for anyone to leave that wanted too.
