Why can't Europe take the Jews back so Palestinians can have Palestine?

The Jews are Palestinians. They were there from around 1200 BC at least. They were forced out by various peoples, including the Islamic Arabs when they invaded and treated the Jews as inferior peoples. The situation is longstanding and complex.

@Roundandroundwego They lived in Israel for many centuries- a Middle Eastern people returning to their homeland. I think the first mention of them in Israel was around 1200 BC- perhaps before that.
