@jackjjackson Like Trump, you fail to grasp the difference between the civil suits and the criminal suits. First he has to lodge a bond equal to the penalty to get the right to appeal. (The "Show me the money" moment. Then, and removal of licences or permits to do business is a matter of corporate law. Not a legal penalty/punishment for wrongdoing.. So the courts can suspend or cancel your licence for an offence. And while you can fight to get it back, its suspended as a matter of law until the case is overturned..And the list of infractions the retired judge found while overseeing his affair for the past year is likely to add weight to that..😷

I recommend you check the definition of the term STAY. I agree that often requires posting a bond. Generally not a big deal and a small portion of the amount in controversy. You may be correct that politics will be against him at trial however he will prevail if appeal is necessary. @whowasthatmaskedman

@jackjjackson OK. We arent going to agree in that. The only "political" matter is the voter fraud election overturning. And American electoral rules make voter fraud an Olympic sport. But as usual Trump takes thinks that were done with a wink and a nod behind closed doors and makes a carnival stand out of them. So even Americans notice.. The rest of the criminal and civil matters are personal acts by Trump against others, or corporate acts he is held accountable for, like tax evasion of fraud against the government. And those laws were in place long before Trump..😷

Trump set up his stall selling fake government to the highest bidder in the street and started yelling to attract attention.
