The Best of Times Or the Worse of Times

The pages of history keep turning to a conclusion far removed from the hopes and dreams of mankind. The handwriting seems to be already on the wall. In a large part by the sheer audacity of those who orchestrate the tempests of our times.

The will to change the scenarios that are currently playing out on the worlds stage have been thwarted by those who want to keep the status-quo. We have been witnessed to many changes in our society thru the years but none of which point to the relinquishing the evil that men do.

Americas decline from what our Founding Fathers envisioned has been a steady flow of loss liberties, justice, education and morality. Many think that those bye-gone years of yesterday were the best of times. A sad reflection as we look back in the mirror from those yesteryears to today. The hate, the bigotry, the love of money, the ignorance, the selfishness, and the lust for power and control have consumed the souls of so many.

Today the world has been rapidly changed by man's direct disregard for the sanctity of life and nature. The influences of war have only manifested the cries of anguish, woe and misery through-out the world. Millions are now trapped in a desperate daily struggle to survive in the aftermath of willful destruction.

The torments we see everyday area direct result of the lack of accountability of governments to their citizens. It is no more apparent than right here in the United States. For over 60 years the government, the media, and corporate influence has commandeered the democratic process from the American public. The result is catastrophic to the will of the public.

The high-jacking of our democratic republic has reached the point of almost no return. We are now being controlled by a dominate two party system that leaves virtually no chance for a third party to ever gain the momentum to erase the corruption that has now infiltrated the political process, and the halls of government.

So many don't' recall that the last independent President was our first. George Washington a pillar of integrity understood the consequences of political posturing creating divisions within, Today the US is more divided than ever. The dominate two party system that we have today are all controlled organizations in consort with the mainstream media. In Presidential elections they virtually lock out anyone who doesn't fit in with their agenda.

Sure, we have had third party candidates, but they never seem to get the exposure, or the funds needed to mount a serious threat to divert from the status-quo of our two-party system. Until we realize what our current political system keeps doing our nation will be forever divided and our future will be clouded in uncertainty. What really matters for 2024 is the will of individuals, organizations and nations to but their differences aside and actually achieve peace and goodwill toward all.
