This really pisses me off. I had been telling people to give israel the benefit of the doubt and trust that the idf knows what they are doing. Between this and videos idf soldiers have posted to social media, i feel like a fucking sucker. Idf says this goes against their rules of engagement. Take some fucking responsibility and put it on you and how you trained your soldiers. And maybe scale back for a bit while you figure out why you fucked up.

@trollslayer I think war is awful, am I’m sure they could have been more careful, but it’s not clear to me there was a moral obligation to be more careful at the expense of the mission.

@Bumbles they claim their mission is to rescue hostages!! Pretty clear to me.

@trollslayer Destroying Hamas is probably considered more important. Hostages could have been released easily depending on the deal.
