While this act was not premeditated, Chauvin knelt down on a man's neck for around ten minutes, despite the clear reality that this was causing harm. Floyd had been quite hysterical in the back of the police car, but this wasn't an excuse to kneel on his neck and remove his ability to breathe.
Unfair treatment by police is real, and it affects Whites, Blacks, Asians, and anyone who is not in a position of authority or power.

@SW-User it was proven floyd would have died either way

SW-User
@MasterLee How was it "proven"?
It is wrong for a police officer, and anyone else, to kneel on a person's neck. Chauvin did this for around ten minutes, and had a very bad record before this incident.

@SW-User drug overdose

SW-User
@MasterLee Why are you saying this? He died from prolonged compression to his neck. Drugs were in his system, but he was a regular user, and a tall, strong, adult male. Even with his heart disease, it is not likely that he died of a drug overdose.
This is an insane, stupid, wrong view to take.

@MasterLee His autopsy findings, and the verdict reached in court, are not preconceptions.
Are you aware of what his autopsy says?
