Didn't DOJ give Trump the perfect opportunity to win back the Presidency?

He can go to court for the Documents case as soon as possible. It's in Florida, with the perfect Judge and he had the right to have the documents, he declassified them, he has the Presidential Records Act, which protects him, he's innocent. If he wins the trial he would surely win the Presidency. Should Trump speed up the timeline in the documents case?

The Florida documents case is a sideshow for Trump. The January 6 case and the State case out of Georgia hold more real threats..Trump really needs regime change at this point and until that happens it will be delay delay delay...😷

If and when he is convicted of any crimes he will be given a suspended sentence.
We will not imprison a former president for the “crimes” he’s accused of.
It will be enough that a felony conviction will bar him from public office.

Trump will never be president again and he’s very likely to be the first president in history to go to prison for crimes committed both in and out of office.
All of this could have been avoided if he had simply retired from politics but the narcissistic idiot can’t let it go and every single day he digs his hole deeper.
