75 years since Windrush arrived

Well its 74 years since the Windrush ship arrived in the uk with many people from the Caribbean on.

With the promise of jobs to help rebuild the uk.

These people intergrated into UK ways of life, added their culture to it ( for the better), some served in the forces.

Yet in 2018 the government started deportations of at least 83 people some of were British born.

Since then the government has been ordered to pay compensation to all and repatriate those who wish to return.

Yet the government can't even mention or make an announcement of this speical occasion.

If it had been 75 years for a bank they'd all be there celebrating and saying how wonderful it is

I for one am proud for all those who came to the UK to make a bettter life, add to the UK and make it a better place and in some circumstances doing the jobs some of us couldn't

Present government is a puppet government that will bring 5000 ships of immigrants back to UK from the other continents. Don't you worry about those Caribbeans.

@TheOrionbeltseeker 👍👍👍 these immigrants, they'll be controllable, unlike the already voting public:

"How dare the great unwashed disagree with our policies - THEY work for US ... NOT the other way round"

@TheOrionbeltseeker 🤣🤣🤣🤣blame people with nothing, you sond like a typical tory bellend, how about stopping nom doms, tax avioders, MPs second homes free bars and free restaurants, make the Government accountable for the billions wasted during Covid all the wasted PPE fake companies the billions written off by the Government

Also if you voted for Brexit then you part of this shit show of the boats coming

I'm an immigrant and to me if your from a country that's at war your welcome but the problem is economic migrants but then what did you really expect when countries are struggling and you have successive PMs standing there saying how good the UK doing etc etc people are bound to come
