People that voted for the last guy, literally voted on someone that just went on national television and didn't even lie about the fact that it's okay to break the law... as long as he does it for personal gain. There was no shame what so ever.
He also went on national television to proclaim that his voters were so smart... that if he shot someone point blank on the street, they would still love him. 'Cause that's how smart they are. They are the smartest.

... In other words... "no collusion", but "collusion" deff. super cool to do because it's cool when other people do it. As he so casually normalises the criminal situation: "They all do it, they always have.".
