What I do not agree with: student loan forgiveness because it wasn’t a necessary spend for our budget

Being that we are on the brink of a recession

What I am: an opportunist but never at any the expense of anyone else’s demise

There was a lady talking about how much this would help her she makes 350k. She had 85k in student loans 140k in car loans for her two electric cars and 6k in monthly morage. The first thing that poped is why do you need two electric vehicles why not a cheap gas burner then she could pay off the loans in a year or so. She makes 350k she is living beyond her means.

While I don't agree with you on the student loan forgiveness, I agree with everything else. For example, PPP loan forgiveness, allowing churches to remain 501C status especially when they delve into politics, Politicians (Both sides) getting dark money contributions through PACS to promote agendas, unfair tax codes allowing the wealthy and corporations to pay less than the middle class, and we need caps on salaries for Congress.

we're already in a recession, we have idiots out there that think a waitress making minimum wage should pay higher taxes to pay off the student loans of doctors that make $250,000 a year... it's complete absurdity

Is the student loan forgiveness only for higher educations?

I feel like if you borrow something you should pay it all back , thats how any loan works but sometimes its not possible say you arent empoyled or have such an low income job then maybe it should be forgiven.
