hoping that sweeteners are ok

i consume many products for a long time that have sweeteners, sweeteners for my tea and coffee...sweeteners in the diet soft drinks i have...i do enjoy them....and was just wanting reassurance that they are safe to have?

does anyone else have sweeteners?
