Alan Weisselberg expected to plead guilty tomorrow

Weissleberg is expected to take 5 months in jail, Club Fed, but not have to testify in the case. 5 months for 1.7 million in off the books payments from Trump Org. Wow what a deal. So does this mean Alan did not rat on the Mob Boss or that he got 5 months for tax evasion because he did rat on the Mob Boss?

My take is he's not ratting and he might do some time to keep the boss from doing it, but his plea may still be really bad news for Trump Org, which will be a major inconvenience at least for the boss.

It'll be interesting to see if Trump's still got corporate and tax lawyers to get him out of this mess, and how he can use the funds he's raised from his leadership PAC down the road.

We'll see, and we'll see how Georgia's baby RICO filters into the equation as well, since that's the kind of legislation designed to deal with complex corrupt organizations.
