Are School Shootings good for the Republicans who want to end the Public Education Department?

The Republicans don't want anyone getting a Free Ride plus the Teachers Union is a very strong Union. Teachers are educated so they mostly vote Blue. Ending Public Education will deal with that pesky problem.
