The Oklahoma City bombing.

@Skippyskiptic Yeah that one affected the young kids here. My daughter had a seizure from the stress. She saw classmates running down the hallways in hysterics because their parents worked at a building that the walls collapsed. One father lost his leg and others died. We all were traumatized even if we had no loved ones involved in it because people we knew had someone affected. The stories kept coming on a personal level.

@cherokeepatti such a sad day that could have been prevented had the Clintons not been in office. The Clintons caused the Waco disaster and the Waco disaster was the direct lead to the Oklahoma Bombing. So very very sad. I remember hearing the news on the radio and the woman doing the reporting signed off as Tara Blume. I looked at my wife and said Tara Blume? We know a Tara Blume, Her parents used to attend the same church we did. A few months later we met Tara Blume's parents and asked them if that was their daughter. They said yes she was the first reporter on the scene. Small world. Tara and I rode the same bus to school. I was in grade 12 and she was in grade 1.
