In 1975 a young woman named Lesley Whittle was kidnapped here in the Uk and it was all over the news. They kept showing photo fits of her kidnapper and they nicknamed him 'the Black Panther' because of the clothes he wore. I was 7/8 at the time and for some reason this story caught my imagination and scared me quite a lot!
