Does Bannon have any prior criminal charges? We’re looking at 2 misdemeanors so I’m not very hopeful he’ll get much of anything other than a fine and possibly a suspended sentence and probation.

I was hoping for more, I’m guessing they can’t count that. However, the Judge that has blocked his propaganda defense and is making him very uncomfortable is a Trump administration appointee, so I can’t help but wonder if that Judge is taking action against Bannon based on instructions from the Trump regime to throw Bannon under the bus.@MistyCee
