I have no connection with British culture, and absolutely could not care less about the monarchy. Personally I actually think it should be disbanded because it is inherently classist and has no practical purpose. We all know that the U.K would have more money to spend on normal citizens if it were not for the monarchy and all the money they put toward maintaining it. After Elizabeth dies, they will have to start questioning what its future really is. Eventually, and depending on the governments the U.K has going forward, they probably will make it smaller (meaning they could reduce the houses and the assets and the funding). People living in the U.K pay for the monarchy, but what do they get back? What benefits do they receive that are of any real use to them? They get nothing in return for facilitating this outdated and redundant system.
It seems people like to separate Harry from that system now, but I question why when it is apparent that he is the way he is precisely because of the environment in which he was raised. The only difference is that his relatives know when to shut up, most of the time.
