10 year old forced to flee Ohio for abortion

A victim of sexual abuse a 10 year old was at an Ohio doctor to get an abortion but after the Roe decision Ohio put a 6 week limit on abortion. This child was 6 weeks 3 days pregnant so the doctor was looking for help from Indiana. SO, considering the girl was raped or the fact that her pelvis is not large enough to bear a child would Ohio just let the 10 year old die?

It seems it would be easy for a doctor to draw a line and say continuing the pregnancy is a threat to life with a 10 year old but in this litigous soceity I can see doctors in simolar situations not wanti g to take the risk. This situation has been brought on us by conservative republicians, it has been a long term plan to get judges who would do what they did. If the situation is the same on November we need to vote these jokers out of office.
