All the videos I have seen do not show Biden's face. Someone fell off a bike. Was it Biden? I can't tell. What I have seen shows someone who stopped their bike and forgot to put their foot down to keep from falling over. Was it Biden? I can't tell but with his advancing dementia forgetting to put his foot down as he stopped his bike would seem possible.

@hippyjoe1955 I will correct myself. The person put his left foot down and then fell over to his right. I still can't be certain it was Biden.
