Do you wonder where people like Salvador Ramos in Texas got his extreme veiws?

Pator Johnathan Shelly of Steadfast Bible Church Texas addressed city council in Arlington Texas on the subject of June becoming Pride Month by saying all gay people should be executed. Some people in attendance agreed with Pastor Shelly.

Is it common for the Church to advocate for the death of large groups of people in Texas? Should anyone be able to incite people like this in any public meeting with no repercussions?

In Canada it would be hate speech but in the USA you can pretty much get away with anything so the key is to turn the tables on him and recommend that fundamentalist preachers have their heads examined
