Orphanages in Red States are appaulling. Should there be a Child Support Tax, especially in Red States. Pro Life people would certainly agree to that, right?

Conservatives should be forced to bear that burden, they're the ones who wanted it so badly, they can have it along with high poverty and over population they want so badly.
