@LeopoldBloom Let's revise the government where the only duty the Congress has to is to approve judges and justices of the SCOTUS. The judges and justices will be in charge of writing all of the laws. After all, it is evident that the legislatures and Congress Critters don't have a clue as to what their scribbles mean. If they did then old buzzards wouldn't have to interpret what they wrote.
