All the Republicans have to vote against her (beware Romney, Collins, Murkowski) plus one Democrat. If not Manchin, who? I doubt Sinema.

@DCarey I think Manchin could vote against her. Not sure if he will or not. WV is pretty conservative when it comes to things like this. If he follows the position of the majority of people from the state, he will vote against.
