Is Reporting the Truth against the law in Russia?

1500 protesters arrested in Russia for telling the truth. Has Putin criminalized the truth and isn't that exactly what the Republicans are trying to do with their critical race and gay laws in the US?

Yes, it is. Putin mage it illegal. He enacted laws making it punishable by up to 15 years in jail, to spread "misinformation" about the war in Ukraine. Who gets to decide it's misinformation? It's simple: anything that deviates from his narrative is illegal.

Only his Truth is legal now.

BTW there's now only one media source anyway and it's state run.

Why this last Russian producer was charged so fast! They arrested her immediately on the spot!
I guess you can't speak out against him. I'm not sure what you mean about the critical race and gay laws.

I worried all countries are going that way.

@Darksideinthenight2 The Question is Why Wouldnt he? What does he have to lose. He's humiliated and a few countries want him dead. He can't even get within 30 feet of his own aides.
