Men in black suits

Have you ever noticed that whenever there is bad news, newsreels of human suffering, that there are always men in black suits lolling about in the background?

Perhaps we could declare a ban on men in black suits?

What I noticed about bad news is they will show the scene of the crime but then show things like a random stop light, a tree branch, a pothole collecting rain water, and some jogger running by.

Someone on here suggested maybe the camera man has a really bad aim.
