Men in black suits

Have you ever noticed that whenever there is bad news, newsreels of human suffering, that there are [i]always[/i] men in black suits lolling about in the background?

Perhaps we could declare a ban on men in black suits?

What I noticed about bad news is they will show the scene of the crime but then show things like a random stop light, a tree branch, a pothole collecting rain water, and some jogger running by.

Someone on here suggested maybe the camera man has a really bad aim.
