@Unlearn Holy crap! Hopefully with that article, there will now be pressure put onto the DAs office to finally file the motion to move her to an adult facility. Either way, they have to spend more money to separate her from others. What a piece of shit. I'm glad I don't live in Cali.

@Darksideinthenight2 From what the article stated, she was in a lot of trouble over the years. I don't want to speculate as to why it took so long for the sentencing to commence.
Yes, all states have fucked up laws but some more than others. I don't care that Cali has the best year round weather. I wouldn't want to deal with all the issues they have, the earthquakes, and especially the taxes. I like where I live. Even with the Nor'Easter that's been here all day and will continue into the night!
