Yes, pretty much. Enforcements on masks, distancing etc. have all but ended with a few exceptions (hospitals, GP's, care homes - places with very vulnerable people).
I live in a fairly busy city, and it's similar now to pre-Covid. Restaurant, bars, retail - all open business as usual.
Our cases remain relatively high, but our deaths and hospitalisations have dropped significantly, and that's primarily due to a successful vaccine rollout.
