I drive there about once a month all year long to have lunch with friends at that restaurant shown in the second photo from the top. The viewing platform in the last photo is more like a window you look out of, rather than a place to walk around at the edge of a cliff. Regardless of when you go, summer or winter, suggest you carry your camera/cellphone in a plastic zip-lock bag because it will get covered with mist the moment you take it out of our pocket.
