Florida, Arizona or California for the Winter Months?

arizona can still get pretty chilly in winter. i was in phoenix for super bowl 42. it pissed rain solid first 2 days there. then on super bowl sunday we were at a outside bar watching the game...had my winter jacket on and still was cold. the thirsday before was a nice day. went to the phoenix open and drank beers all day in the sun on the 16th hole. but when the sun went down we froze our butts off again
